Tim Morra is the CEO | Founder of Jadi Communications

As a creative director and marketing strategist, Tim Morra is known for building high-performance brands through integrated strategy, storytelling, and AI-enhanced marketing systems.

Tim partners with ambitious brands to define positioning, unlock differentiation, and scale through a combination of creative leadership, AI-enhanced marketing, eCommerce, and retail expansion. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: iconic brands aren’t built through volume — they’re built through clarity, taste, and disciplined execution.

Tim Morra began his career at Grey Advertising in Los Angeles, developing national campaigns for brands including Caesars Palace, Maglite, Transamerica, Coldwell Banker, and USWest. He was later recruited to Saatchi & Saatchi in Düsseldorf, where he led international campaigns across Europe for Audi, Motorola, Pioneer, MTV, and 3M Automotive — helping global brands evolve and scale with precision.

Returning to the U.S., he held leadership roles at Young & Rubicam San Francisco and The Designory (in partnership with Chiat\Day), driving integrated campaigns and retail marketing initiatives for Visa, Nintendo, Apple, Nissan, Infiniti, Porsche, and Mercedes-Benz.

Today as CEO | Founder, Tim Morra leads Jadi with a clear focus: building brands that perform. The agency integrates strategic positioning, audience intelligence, creative development, performance marketing, and AI-driven insight into scalable systems designed for measurable growth.

Under his leadership, Jadi has partnered with leading brands including Sony Pictures, Epson, ESPN, P&G, Experian, Adobe, iHerb, Mazda, Costco, Nissan, and Kawasaki — delivering high-impact campaigns, retail expansion strategies, and sustained revenue growth.

Tim Morra continues to lead Jadi Communications as a creative transformation agency focused on brand strategy, performance marketing, and AI-driven growth.
